Riverplace Parcel 3 – Mixed Use

VALAR worked closely with the design team and Hoffman Construction Company to provide structural engineering design services for this 465,000 square feet, 2-tower mixed use over a single podium with affordable housing in the 13-story west tower and market rate apartments in the 6-story east tower, including retail, all over parking. Structural systems are comprised of post-tensioned slabs in the west tower and podium and wood framed over concrete in the east tower. Foundations comprised of concrete piles and grade beams.
