PIR- Load Tested Bleachers

The review, condition assessments and load testing of the existing bleacher assemblies at the Portland International Raceway in preparation for the Professional Indy Car Series. Reviewed all bleachers and included general report cards for each bleacher type as necessary for facilities decisions to proceed with updates. In addition, implemented load testing programs to measure adequacy with current bleacher standards.
